OPEN HEAVENS DAILY DEVOTIONAL: APRIL 2026 THEOLOGICAL EXEGESIS

NO DIFFICULT PROBLEM – THE OMNIPOTENCE OF THE GOD OF ALL FLESH

I. THE DIVINE CHALLENGE TO HUMAN LOGIC

As we close the month of April 2026, the Holy Spirit is bringing us a message of absolute assurance. In a world currently defined by complex global issues, economic intricacies, and medical enigmas, the child of God must return to the foundational truth of our faith: The Omnipotence of God. In our memorise, God poses a rhetorical question to Jeremiah—and by extension, to you: “Is there anything too hard for me?” This is not just a question; it is a divine challenge to your doubts. When God calls Himself “The God of all flesh,” He is asserting His authority over every biological, physical, and material reality. Whether the problem is in your body, your bank account, or your family, it is subject to the One who created “flesh” in the first place.

II. THE TESTIMONY OF THE NEW CREATION

Several years ago, during a Holy Ghost Service at Rowe Park in Lagos, Nigeria, I witnessed the God of the “impossible” at work. As I was preaching, a word of knowledge came forth. I said, “There is someone here; you used to have only one testicle, which has now been destroyed. However, God says He is giving you two new ones.”

A young man in the crowd began to shout with all his might. He had been born with a congenital defect (one testicle), and in a desperate bid for a solution, his parents took him to a herbalist. Rather than helping, the herbalist destroyed the only one he had, leaving him completely emasculated. He was married and hopeless.

Months later, he came to my office. He was so excited that he offered to show me the physical evidence of his miracle! I told him there was no need for that; the evidence was walking right beside him—his wife was visibly and heavily pregnant. Our God is a Creator, not just a Repairer. If a part of your life has been “destroyed” by the enemy or by past mistakes, the God of all flesh can provide a brand-new replacement.

III. BEYOND SCARCITY: THE FEEDING OF THE FIVE THOUSAND

In John 6:1-14, we see Jesus dealing with a “logistical nightmare.” A multitude of over five thousand men (not counting women and children) was stranded in a remote place without food.

1. The Proving of Philip

Jesus asked Philip, “Whence shall we buy bread?” The Bible notes that He said this to prove him, for He Himself knew what He would do (v. 6). God is never surprised by your crisis. Before the bill arrived, the provision was already settled in heaven. Philip looked at the bank account (200 pennyworth) and saw lack. Andrew looked at the resources (5 loaves and 2 fishes) and saw insignificance.

2. The Multiplication of Thanks

Jesus didn’t complain about the smallness of the lunch. He took the “not enough,” gave thanks, and it became “more than enough.” When you bring your “little” to the God of “All,” the laws of mathematics are suspended. They didn’t just eat; they were filled, and twelve baskets of fragments remained.

IV. THE CATALOGUE OF IMPOSSIBILITIES

The Scriptures are a record of God resolving what men called “hopeless”:

The Resurrection of Lazarus (John 11): He was dead for four days. Decay had set in. Martha said, “He stinketh.” But to the God of all flesh, stinking flesh is just as easy to heal as a headache.

The Wedding at Cana (John 2): When the joy was about to end because the wine ran out, He bypassed the years of fermentation and turned water into best-quality wine in a second.

The Virgin Birth (Luke 1:37): Gabriel summarized the divine resume to Mary: “For with God nothing shall be impossible.”

Beloved, why are you an exception to this rule? Your “difficult problem” is only difficult because you are comparing it to human strength. When compared to the Almighty, your mountain is a grain of sand.

V. COMPREHENSIVE Q&A: TRUSTING THE GOD OF MIRACLES

Q1: Why does it seem like my problem is taking ‘too long’ to solve?

Answer: Delay is not a denial of God’s power. Jesus waited until Lazarus was “stinking” so that the miracle would be undeniable. Sometimes, God waits until the situation is “impossible” by human standards so that when He moves, no man can take the glory.

Q2: How do I practically ‘put my trust in the Lord’ when I am in pain?

Answer: Trusting God means taking Him at His Word, as our hymn says. It means saying, “Lord, I feel the pain, but I believe the Promise.” Romans 10:11 guarantees that those who believe will not be put to shame. Don’t focus on the “wind” (the problem); focus on the “Word” (the Promise).

Q3: Does God still do ‘creative miracles’ (like the testicles) today in 2026?

Answer: Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews 13:8). He hasn’t changed His methods or reduced His power. If you need a creative miracle in your womb, your brain, or your business, He is still on the throne.

VI. THE 2026 PROPHETIC CHALLENGE: REFUSING DESPAIR

As we step into the month of May, the Lord is warning you: Never allow yourself to sink into despair. Despair is a spiritual “sinkhole” that swallows your faith.

• Despair says, “It’s over.”

• Faith says, “God is just starting.”

Instead of sinking, plunge. Plunge into the “healing, cleansing flood” of His presence. Take your difficult problem—that complex legal case, that chronic ailment, that broken relationship—and hand it over to the “Prophet that should come into the world” (John 6:14).

VII. REFLECTION & ACTION POINT

THOUGHT TO PONDER:

Is there anything in my life that I have labeled “too hard” for God? By doing so, am I inadvertently saying God is not the God of “all” flesh?

ACTION POINT:

Identity the Mountain: Write down the most “difficult” problem you are facing today.

Apply the Verse: Place your hand on that paper and recite Jeremiah 32:27 aloud seven times.

Give Thanks: Follow the example of Jesus in John 6:11. Give thanks for the solution before you see the multiplication.

PRAYER:

Father, I thank You because You are the God of all flesh. I repent for every time I have limited You by my unbelief. Lord, I bring this ‘difficult problem’ (mention it) before Your throne today. I believe that nothing is too hard for You. Whether it requires a healing, a provision, or a creative miracle, I know You are able. I refuse to despair; I choose to trust. Save me from every hopeless situation and let Your name be glorified in my life, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

PROPHETIC DECREE:

I decree today that every mountain in your life is becoming a plain! I command every “stinking” situation to receive the breath of life now! Because you have put your trust in the Lord, you shall never be put to shame. I decree that before the first week of May is over, you shall have a testimony that makes people ask, “What manner of man is this?” The God of all flesh has taken over your case, and your victory is sealed, in the mighty Name of Jesus!
