CAN GOD VOUCH FOR YOU?

BIBLE READING: JOB 1:1-12

KEY VERSE: > “Then the LORD said to Satan, ‘Have you considered My servant Job, that there is none like him on the earth, a blameless and upright man, one who fears God and shuns evil.’” — (JOB 1:8)

In our contemporary society, much emphasis is placed on “Personal Branding”—how we appear to others on social media, in professional circles, and within our local congregations. Reputation is what men think you are; character is what God knows you are. Personality refers to the psychological and social qualities that distinguish one person from another, but integrity is the marrow of that personality. In Job 1:8, we see a rare and powerful occurrence: God Himself initiated a conversation about a man’s character. He didn’t just mention Job; He vouched for him.
