EXPOSITION
In his book, “My Deliverance from the Powers of Darkness” Immanuel Omoobajesu emphasises the potency of Jesus power to save and deliver people from the kingdom of darkness to the marvellous light of Christ (Col. 1:13). By the matchless power of Jesus, the kingdom of darkness is decimated with captives rescued on daily basis. Hallelujah!
The Bible speaks of the coalition of forces of darkness in the end time, through the coming of antichrist, to form a formidable opposition against the King of kings and Lord of lords. Fortunately, there is no amount of gang-ups that can dominate the force of Jesus Christ. He has done total damage to the kingdom of darkness. He scattered the forces working against mankind. He opened the 7 seals and gained perfect victory for us (Rev 5:1ff), rendering the works of the devil useless (1 Jn. 3:8). Therefore, believers in Christ must employ this victory in order to subdue Satan and his works. May you find grace as you do this, in Jesus’ name
PRAYER POINTS
1. Give praise to God for the total victory over sin and Satan gained for us by Christ, His dear Son.
2. Pray for grace to remain in Jesus Christ to the end.
3. Pray for CAC Theological Seminary, Opa, lle-Ife and its off Campuses, the Provost, the Coordinators and the staff as led by the Holy Spirit.
