THE FATHER ALREADY KNOWS

I. THE OMNISCIENCE AND PROACTIVE CARE OF GOD
Welcome to Saturday, August 29, 2026. One of the most liberating truths revealed by the Lord Jesus Christ is that your Heavenly Father possesses total, intimate knowledge of your life long before you ever utter a word in prayer.
Consider what Jesus taught in Matthew 6:8:
“Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him.”
God is not caught off guard by your economic situation, family requirements, or physical body. He knows the desires hidden in your heart, the details of every challenge you face, and the solutions required. More importantly, because He is omniscient and timeless, He has already gone ahead of you to prepare every supply!
Anxiety occurs when a person operates as though God is distant, oblivious, or unconcerned. When people spend their days in a state of chronic panic—fretting over bills, food, clothing, and future outcomes—they are behaving like those who do not have a relationship with God. Jesus noted that the Gentiles (the ungodly world) make material survival their ultimate pursuit. But as a born-again believer, you are called to operate from a completely different spiritual platform.
II. THE CONFIDENCE OF THE COVENANT SEED
The Psalmist David grasped the absolute reliability of God’s shepherd-care centuries before the New Testament was ratified. In Psalm 23:1, he declared:
“The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.”
David did not say, “The Lord is my shepherd, so I am trying hard not to lack.” He spoke from an unshakeable conviction of his covenant relationship with God!
As a child of God, you are the seed of Abraham, heir to an infinite spiritual and material inheritance.
Daily Supply System: Psalm 68:19 reveals that the Lord “daily loadeth us with benefits.” Your provision is not tied to world economics; it is plugged directly into God’s inexhaustible heavenly supply system.
Affectionate and Watchful Care: 1 Peter 5:7 (AMPC) instructs you to cast “the whole of your care [all your anxieties, all your worries, all your concerns, once and for all] on Him, for He cares for you affectionately and cares about you watchfully.”
Whenever pressure, uncertainty, or unexpected obstacles arise, refuse to panic or speak words of fear. Instead, let your spirit settle on this eternal truth: “My Father knows!” That simple declaration aligns your heart with faith and silences every voice of doubt.
III. WALKING IN QUIET ASSURANCE
You do not need to perform elaborate religious rituals to capture God’s attention; you already have His undivided focus! You do not need to beg Him to care for you; His love was proven once and for all through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ.
Living by faith means adopting an attitude of continuous calm, stability, and quiet confidence:
Refuse Anxiety: Reject the mental strain of worrying about tomorrow.
Anchor on the Word: Rely on God’s written promises rather than physical circumstances or human guarantees.
Rest in His Kindness: Walk every day with the conscious awareness that the Almighty God is actively watching over you to do you good.
When you walk in this consciousness, your life becomes a radiant demonstration of peace, joy, and unbroken victory!
IV. PRAYER & CONFESSION
Dear Father, I thank You for Your lavish grace, boundless love, and unending kindness toward me.
I live in the absolute confidence that You are fully aware of my life, mindful of my needs, and constantly watching over me to do me good.
I refuse to entertain worry, fear, or anxiety over tomorrow. My heart is at total rest, plugged into Your infinite supply system, and I walk daily in faith, assurance, divine favor, and peace, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
V. BIBLE TEXT & FURTHER STUDY
Matthew 6:8 (KJV)
“Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him.”
Spiritual Insight: True prayer is not an exercise in informing an ignorant God or persuading an unwilling God; it is a fellowship of faith with a Father who has already anticipated every need.
1 Peter 5:7 (AMPC)
“Casting the whole of your care [all your anxieties, all your worries, all your concerns, once and for all] on Him, for He cares for you affectionately and cares about you watchfully.”
Spiritual Insight: The instruction to cast your cares on God is a command, not a suggestion. Carrying worries is an unnecessary burden that hinders faith, whereas releasing them to God releases His supernatural power into your circumstances.
Matthew 6:31–34 (NIV)
So do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.”
Spiritual Insight: Living without anxiety frees your spiritual and mental capacity to focus entirely on advancing the Kingdom of God, confident that your material needs will be automatically added to you.
VI. BIBLE READING PLAN
1-Year Bible Reading Plan
1 Corinthians 13 & Proverbs 1–2
1 Corinthians 13: The iconic chapter on agape love. Paul explains that spiritual gifts, vast knowledge, sacrificial giving, and mountain-moving faith are meaningless without love. He outlines the characteristics of divine love (patient, kind, not envious, not proud, not easily angered, bearing and enduring all things) and concludes that while prophecies, tongues, and knowledge will cease, faith, hope, and love abide—with love being the greatest of all.
Proverbs 1–2:
Proverbs 1: Establishes the purpose of the proverbs: to give wisdom, instruction, understanding, and discretion. Declares that “the fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge.” Solomon warns against the enticeable allure of violent sinners seeking blood and plunder. Wisdom is personified as a woman crying out in the streets, warning that those who despise her reproof will eat the fruit of their own way, while those who listen will dwell safely without fear of evil.
Proverbs 2: Outlines the intense search for divine wisdom (seeking it as silver and hidden treasures). Promises that the Lord gives wisdom, knowledge, and understanding, guarding the paths of justice and preserving the ways of His saints. Wisdom delivers a person from the evil man who speaks perverse things and from the immoral woman who flatters with her words, leading to a straight path among the upright.
2-Year Bible Reading Plan
Colossians 4:10–18 & Jeremiah 15
Colossians 4:10–18: Paul conveys final greetings from his fellow laborers, including Aristarchus, Mark (nephew of Barnabas), and Justus—his only Jewish co-workers for the Kingdom. He highlights Epaphras, who labors fervently in prayers for the Colossians to stand perfect and complete in God’s will, and mentions Luke the beloved physician and Demas. Paul gives instructions to read the epistle in the church of the Laodiceans, charges Archippus to fulfill his ministry, and signs off with his own hand while asking them to remember his chains.
Jeremiah 15: God tells Jeremiah that even if Moses and Samuel stood before Him, His heart would not turn toward Judah due to the sins of King Manasseh. Four forms of destruction are appointed: sword, dogs, birds, and beasts. Jeremiah laments his isolated, persecuted life as a prophet of judgment, but God reassures him: “I will strengthen thee for good… I am with thee to save thee and to deliver thee.” God promises to restore Jeremiah if he refrains from vile speech and speaks precious truth.
VII. PROPHETIC DECREE
I decree and declare that on this Saturday, August 29, 2026, every trace of worry, pressure, and uncertainty is completely dissolved from your life by the peace of God!
You walk with the unshakeable awareness that your Heavenly Father knows every need, every desire, and every detail of your future!
Because the Lord is your Shepherd, you shall not lack any good thing; daily blessings, divine open doors, and supernatural provisions locate you effortlessly!
You walk in faith, operating under the perpetual care of an affectionate, watchful Father, manifesting His grace and righteousness in everything you do, in the mighty Name of Jesus Christ! Amen! Hallelujah!
