Introduction

1 Corinthians 1:18-21, “For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God. For it is written: “He will destroy the wisdom of the wise; the intelligence of the intelligent he will frustrate.” Where is the wise person? Where is the teacher of the law? Where is the philosopher of this age? Has not God made foolish the wisdom of the world?”

The Power of Prayer: Daniel and his friends turned to God in prayer, seeking His wisdom and guidance. This highlights the importance of prayer in seeking divine solutions. James 5:16, “The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective.”

Isaiah 46:9-10, “Remember the former things, those of long ago, for I am God, and there is no other; I am God, and there is none like me. I make known the end from the beginning and from ancient times what is still to be. I say, ‘My purpose will stand, and I will do all that I please.’”
