It is not a Luxury: As Leonard Ravenhill famously said, “Holiness is not a luxury, it is a necessity. If you are not holy, you will never make it to heaven.”
It is not a Burden: Holiness is the beauty of the Spirit. It is the “health” of the soul.
It is not Self-Effort: You cannot “try” your way into holiness. It begins at the foot of the cross.
III. THE PROTOCOL FOR THE JOURNEY: FROM NEW BIRTH TO NEW HEIGHTS (JOHN 3:3)
The journey of a pilgrim toward Heaven is not a wandering path; it is a structured ascent. To make holiness and heaven your hallmark, you must follow the divine protocol.

Q1: Is it really possible to be “holy” in such a corrupt world?
Answer: Yes, but not by human power. Holiness is the “engrafted” nature of Christ in you. Just as a flower can grow in a swamp without becoming a swamp, the believer can live in the world without being “of” the world. The grace given at the new birth is the power to say “No” to ungodliness.
