• 8. Psychological Steadiness (v. 8): A “steady heart” is a rare commodity today. The righteous man possesses an internal equilibrium that prevents him from being “scared to death” by his adversaries.
• 9. Exalted Honor (v. 9): Because he has “distributed freely” to the poor, God ensures his “horn” (his strength and reputation) is “exalted in honor.”
