A LIFE GIVER: RADIANT, LAMBENT, AND DIVINE

MEMORY VERSE: “And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit.” — (1 CORINTHIANS 15:45)

I. THE BIOLOGY OF THE SPIRIT: A LITERAL RECREATION

As we step into Thursday, March 19th, 2026, we must address a fundamental reality that many in the body of Christ have yet to fully grasp. When you confessed the Lordship of Jesus and were born again, what occurred was not a religious modification. It wasn’t a “renovation” of your old self, nor was it merely a psychological shift in your mindset.

The Scriptures declare in 2 Corinthians 5:17 that if any man be in Christ, he is a New Creature. The Greek word used there for “new” is kainos, which means something that has never existed before. You didn’t just get a new set of rules; you received a new set of “genetics.” You were literally reborn and recreated by the Holy Spirit.

This is the dividing line of 2026. While the world tries to improve the “natural man” through bio-hacking, education, and self-help, God has introduced a completely new species into the earth—the New Creation. You are the result of a divine operation.

II. TAXONOMY OF THE HEAVENLY MAN

The Apostle Paul, by the Spirit, provides us with a “taxonomical” breakdown of our identity in 1 Corinthians 15:45-48. He contrasts two types of men:

The First Adam (The Earthy): He was made a “living soul.” He is of the earth, earthy. He is subject to the laws of biology, the limitations of the senses, and the ultimate end of the dust.

The Last Adam (The Quickening Spirit): This is the Lord Jesus Christ from Heaven. He is a “life-giving spirit.” He doesn’t just have life; He is life.

The staggering truth is found in verse 48: “As is the earthy, such are they also that are earthy: and as is the heavenly, such are they also that are heavenly.” This means that as a born-again believer, you are no longer classified under the “Earthy Adam.” You have been moved into the “Heavenly Adam” category. You are a Heavenly Man. Though you live in a physical body and reside in a city on earth, your origin, your nature, and your spiritual classification are from the Lord from Heaven. Hallelujah!

III. THE DIVINE DIFFERENCE: WORLDS APART

This revelation helps you understand why you may feel like an “alien” in certain environments. You are taxonomically different from the natural man.

Consider this: You and your biological sibling may share the same father and mother. You share the same DNA, the same last name, and the same childhood memories. But if you are born again and they are not, you belong to completely different realms. * In the natural world, you are family.

• In the spiritual world, you are worlds apart.

Outwardly, you look the same. You both require oxygen and food. But internally, the natural man is a “mere living soul”—he is a consumer of life. You, however, are a Quickening Spirit—you are a distributor of life. One is “Darkness” (the absorption of light), and the other is “Light” (the radiation of light).

IV. RADIANT AND LAMBENT: THE EMISSION OF GLORY

The title of today’s message uses the word “Lambent.” This refers to a light that plays over a surface with a soft radiance, a light that is flickering but brilliant. As the “Light of the World,” you are not just reflecting God’s glory like a mirror reflects the sun; you are emitting it like the sun itself.

John 1:9 calls Jesus the “True Light,” and 1 John 4:17 boldly states, “As he is, so are we in this world.” * He is radiant; you are radiant.

• He is divine; you are divine.

• He is a Life-Giver; you are a Life-Giver.

In 2026, when people come into your presence, they shouldn’t just meet a “nice person.” They should encounter a Life-Giving Spirit. Your words should bring illumination to their dark situations. Your presence should bring a “quickening” (a giving of life) to dead hopes, dead bodies, and dead businesses. This is your heritage.

V. COMPREHENSIVE Q&A: WALKING IN YOUR DIVINE IDENTITY

Q1: If I am a ‘Life-Giver,’ why do I sometimes feel drained or overwhelmed?

Answer: You feel drained when you try to live from your “soul” (your emotions and intellect) instead of your “spirit.” The soul is a consumer; the spirit is a generator. When you align your consciousness with the fact that you are a Quickening Spirit, you tap into the inexhaustible life of Christ. You must stop trying to “get” life and start “releasing” it.

Q2: How does being ‘taxonomically different’ affect my daily life in a secular world?

Answer: It gives you an advantage. While the natural man is limited to what he can see and hear (earthy-minded), you have access to the wisdom of Heaven (heavenly-minded). It means you don’t have to be subject to the “inflation” or “depressions” of the earthy realm. You operate by a higher law—the law of the Spirit of Life.

Q3: What does it mean to be ‘Lambent’?

Answer: It describes the “glow” of the Spirit. As you behold the glory of the Lord in the Word (2 Corinthians 3:18), you are transfigured. You begin to emit a divine influence that is “soft” enough to be approachable but “brilliant” enough to dispel darkness. It is the effortless manifestation of God’s presence in your character and conduct.

VI. REFLECTION & STRATEGIC CONFESSION

KEY PRINCIPLE: You are not an improved version of the old you; you are a brand-new species of being that never existed before.

PROPHETIC DECREE FOR MARCH 19TH:

I decree that from this day forward, you walk in the full consciousness of your heavenly origin! You are not a victim of your biology or your background. You are a Quickening Spirit. Wherever you go, life is released. In your home, life is released. In your body, life is released. You are radiant, lambent, and divine—the light of your world in 2026!

CONFESSION:

I am a new creation in Christ Jesus; I am not of this world. I have the life of God in me. I am full of grace and truth. I am a life-giver, radiant, lambent, and divine. I walk in the reality of my heritage and identity in Christ, impacting my world with the glory of God. Old things are passed away, and all things have become new. I bear the image of the Heavenly, and I manifest His righteousness today and forever. Amen.
