THE MASTER OF TIME AND BIOLOGICAL DECREES

MEMORY VERSE: “And he changeth the times and the seasons: he removeth kings, and setteth up kings: he giveth wisdom unto the wise, and knowledge to them that know understanding.” (DANIEL 2:21)

I. THE CHRISTIAN DISTINCTIVE: SOVEREIGNTY OVER THE CALENDAR (DANIEL 2:21)

The hallmark of a believer’s confidence in 2026 is the realization that God does not wear a watch; He owns the time. In this fourth installment of our series, we move from God’s power over chaos and enemies to His absolute authority over Time and Biological Laws. As Daniel 2:21 declares, He is the one who “changeth the times and the seasons.”

Most humans are prisoners of the clock. we speak of “biological clocks,” “missed opportunities,” and “late arrivals.” But with the Unlimited God, there is no such thing as “too late.” He is the Alpha and the Omega, existing outside the linear progression of minutes and years. He can compress twenty years of progress into a single day, or resurrect a dream that has been “stinking” in the grave for years. Christianity is the only faith where a “finished” story can be reopened by the Author and rewritten into a masterpiece.

The Survival Mandate of Divine Timing:

To Erase the “Too Late” Stigma: When society says you are too old or the deadline has passed, the Unlimited God resets the clock.

To Overturn Expert Verdicts: A doctor’s report is merely a description of a physical state; it is not the final decree of the Creator.

To Navigate Political Shifts: Since He removes and sets up kings, the believer’s security is not in the hands of the government, but in the hands of the King-Maker.

II. THE ANATOMY OF THE “STINKING” SITUATION: BEYOND THE POINT OF NO RETURN

To understand the depth of God’s unlimited nature, we must look at the grave of Lazarus in John 11. This was not just a medical emergency; it was a total biological collapse.

The Three Levels of Human Limitation in John 11:

The Limitation of Logic (v. 21): Martha said, “Lord, if thou hadst been here…” She believed Jesus could heal the sick, but she didn’t realize He could reverse death. She limited Him to a specific timeframe.

The Limitation of Tradition (v. 24): She relegated the miracle to the “last day.” Many believers believe God used to do miracles or will do them in heaven, but they don’t believe in the “Even Now” power of God.

The Limitation of Decay (v. 39): “Lord, by this time he stinketh.” This is the point where human hope evaporates. When the situation starts to “stink”—be it a collapsed marriage, a bankrupt business, or a failed organ—humanity gives up. But to the Unlimited God, a “stink” is just the scent of a pending miracle.

What the Unlimited God DOES in the Grave:

He Groans in the Spirit: He feels your pain, but He is not moved by the problem; He is moved by your faith.

He Removes the Stone: He requires human cooperation (faith-action) to expose the “stinking” area so His light can hit it.

He Speaks Life: A loud voice that overrides the silence of the grave.

III. THE PROTOCOL FOR THE SURGICAL MIRACLE: THE “REPORT” VS. THE “MAKER”

The testimony of the woman with no ovaries is a modern-day “Lazarus” story. When a professor—a man of high wisdom and understanding—decrees that a woman cannot have children because the physical parts are missing, that is the “stink” of impossibility.

The Rejection of the Negative Report: The husband’s response was the key: “That’s the doctor’s report. Let’s go and hear Jesus‘ report.” You must decide whose voice has final authority in your life.

The Atmosphere of the Convention: She positioned herself in the presence of the Unlimited God. She stayed under the anointing for 45 minutes while a “Special Operation” took place.

Divine Organ Creation: The God who formed man from the dust of the ground does not need pre-existing ovaries to create a baby. He is the Great Physician who can perform transplants without a donor.

The Manifestation of Joy: A year later, the “impossible” became a “testimony.”

IV. COMPREHENSIVE Q&A: DEFYING THE LAWS OF NATURE (JOHN 11:25-26)

Q1: How can I keep believing when my situation has been “dead” for more than “four days”?

Answer: Jesus purposefully waited four days to prove that decay is not a barrier to Him. If your situation is stinking, it means you are at the threshold of a greater glory. Remember John 11:40: “If thou wouldest believe, thou shouldest see the glory of God.”

Q2: What is the significance of Jesus weeping if He knew He would raise Lazarus?

Answer: It shows the heart of the Great Physician. He is not a distant, cold God. He sympathizes with your grief even while He prepares your victory. He is the “Sympathizing Jesus” (Hymn 25).

Q3: Can God change a “Time and Season” that seems to be fixed against me?

Answer: Absolutely. If an election, a law, or a policy is standing in the way of your destiny, the One who sets up and removes kings can shift the entire political landscape just to ensure your blessing is delivered.

V. REFLECTION & PRAYER SUITE

MOTIVATIONAL QUOTE: Time is a creature, and the Creator is not subject to His creature. Your “too late” is God’s “just in time.”

PROPHETIC WORD: I decree that every “stinking” situation in your life is receiving the breath of the Resurrection and the Life! I cancel every medical report that says “Never!” I declare that the God of times and seasons is turning your mourning into dancing today!

PRAYER POINTS:

The Purification Phase (Morning):

1: Time-Binder Shattering: I break every satanic cycle of delay and “too-late” syndrome in my life, in the name of Jesus! (Daniel 2:21).

2: Stone Removal: Father, help me to remove the stone of unbelief and doubt from my heart today. I am ready to see Your glory!

3: Resurrection Alignment: Lord Jesus, I align myself with You as the Resurrection and the Life. Let Your life flow into every dead organ and dead dream! (John 11:25).

The Empowerment Phase (Evening):

4: Surgical Intervention: Great Physician, perform a “special operation” on my body and my circumstances tonight! Replace what is missing and repair what is broken!

5: Report Cancellation: I cancel every negative report from professors, doctors, and experts that contradicts the Will of God for my life!

6: Season Shift: Father, as the Master of Seasons, shift my life into a season of fruitfulness and joy, regardless of my age or history!

7: Lazarus Manifestation: I cry out with a loud voice: [Mention your dead situation], COME FORTH! Loose him and let him go!

FINAL THOUGHT: Martha saw a grave; Jesus saw a stage. The world sees your “stink”; God sees your “shining.” Trust the Great Physician.
